Extruded alloy EN AW-6060 aluminium tube.
Die-cast aluminium bend.
Die-cast aluminium moulded bend.
The greater scratch resistance of the treated aluminum profiles has been tested with the abrasion resistant test in compliance with the english standard BS6161. The purpose of this test is to obtain measurable results to classify the materials according to their resistance to abrasion from scratch. The anodised profiles with scratch-resistant treatment of the art program subjected to the abrasion resistant test passed the tests with excellent results, showing a surface loss of 0 μm with respect to the surface loss of the 1.5 μm of the same profiles with only anodizing treatment.
Aluminum and polyamid-6 are completely separable for recycle.
