La Venice Gardens Foundation Onlus, con sede in Venezia, nasce nel 2014 con la finalità di restaurare, conservare e gestire i giardini e beni storici.
I Giardini Reali, situati tra Piazza San Marco e il Bacino di San Marco, si estendono su una superficie di circa 5.500 metri quadrati circondata dall’acqua sulla quale si affacciano le Procuratie Nuove con il Museo Correr, le Sale Imperiali del Palazzo Reale, il Museo Archeologico e la storica Biblioteca Marciana.
The VAGUE handle is born from the collaboration between pba and the French AAD Architectures Anne Démians, for the project Les Dunes, Société Générale Val-de-Fontenay, a buildings complex for offices and multifunctional areas of 90.000 m2. Francesca Masiero, pba President says: “VAGUE was and is the only shape that could be used at Les Dunes. Anne Demians has created an echo between the shapes, realizing a dialog. The only possible dialog: the one that reveals itself to talk about the other. Holding VAGUE it’s possible to recognize the resemblances with Les Dunes. The whole project is an invitation to search the references and to understand, all this grandiose project shows the human need to be understand.
CAP originates from an intuition in design with a desire to see the world for what it could be. CAP is a series of foldaway aids in coated aluminium that, if not in use, disappear from view. It is this “disappearance” that reveals their true meaning.
